My wife and I needed to get a new RAV4 limited to replace our present one. I am a wheeler dealer so I was going to go to the three different Toyota dealerships in our area. The first one we stopped on the our present one. I am a wheeler dealer so I was going to go to the three different Toyota dealerships in our area. The first one we stopped on the way home from a 1300 mile trip. We did this to avoid coming back out again. Well, as it turned out the first was the worst for a new car dealership they acted like a used car dealership The next stop was palm beach Toyota. The sales rep that I talk to on the phone was Delton Wright. I explained how I work and exactly what I was looking for and we set up an appointment. We met two days later and he was more than ready for us. He listen very carefully to what we’re looking for when I talk to him on the phone and started showing us several cars when we got there. Since we already own a RAV4 I really didn’t need to drive the car. So I was all about the bells and whistles and the financing. We were looking for a 2003 brand new, and the couple they showed us were not exactly the color what my wife was looking for. He said we have this one last one I’d like you to just take a look at even though white was not a color my wife was interested in. Well, he’s a very good listener and was bending over backwards to make us happy as it turned out my wife love the white one and we settle on a price. At this point it is 9 o’clock at night and I said we’d get back to him first thing the next day Well I ran to the third dealer that is literally 10 minutes from our home and I really like the sales person but I didn’t like the finance person he had an attitude and on top of it they couldn’t even come close to matching the deal that West Palm offered. I cannot say enough positive things about Delton, he’s a good listener and he will run around the 23 acres to find exactly what you’re looking for and not only that he’s a really good person.
