We were looking for a specific color and trim of Sienna and Jordy helped us from the start. We had to wait for it to be delivered then we had to switch our dates of pick up 3 times because of kids sports. and Jordy helped us from the start. We came on a week night drove 2 1/2 hrs and he had all of the paperwork ready when we got there. Took less than an hour! We had never been to West Palm before and the kids were hungry. He made us a dinner reservation and even treated us to an appetizer! Full service! I wish we lived closer so we could bring our Sienna here for every service! I would recommend Jordy to everyone!
