This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. ONCE they get your money, Customer service goes out the window. They will not answer the phone calls or txt. The Salesman replied back to a question about my purchase with "its not a pizza it's a car". It's been a week and I still have not got my car or a reply on if it's even been shipped. WOULD NOT BUY HERE!!! More

Horrible! ! The experience I had with this dealership was so very bad. From the beginning to the end. They tell you lies. They don’t return phone calls. They ! The experience I had with this dealership was so very bad. From the beginning to the end. They tell you lies. They don’t return phone calls. They told me I was approved then after 3 weeks of waiting on the vehicle, which still isn’t there, they say I’m not approved. But I signed a contract with them and the finance company. I’m still confused. They have no organization. The sales staff is questionable. I just don’t know. I’m so surprised to get this type of service from such a huge name like Mitsubishi. They remind me of a Off lease only dealer, which went out of business for fraud. I hope no other person has to go through what I went through. Pls just find another place to go to. Enter at your own risk!! More
