What a refreshing experience! I went to Palm Beach Auto Sales Outlet with my 6 year old only to see the interior of some vehicles I was interested in buying online. I have had some uncomfortable situations in the past. I went in and was approached by Alex Winter. He was very warm and an incredible listener. I told him exactly what I was doing that day - getting a feel for the ACTUAL vehicles that I was looking at online. He didn't bat an eye at my delivery of what I KNOW was within reach for me given my credit, etc. He even introduced me to his manager Raphael immediately and heard every single thing I said I was dreaming of in a new vehicle and MOST IMPORTANTLY, what I knew I could afford. I did NOT plan on driving a new car home that day BUT, a couple hours later, Alex, Rafael and Tyler worked together to get me into my favorite car there (out of 5 choices Alex gave me) at the price I could LIVE WITH. By the way, Alex kept my daughter entertained while we awaited this offer. Tyler Hamilton was outstanding because he brought such a calming vibe to the whole transaction! Rafael was able to find the exact financing situation that I had asked for which was REMARKABLE! At the end of the day, I have felt LESS comfortable after a large purchase at a superstore than I felt buying a $22K car at PB Auto Sales Outlet.
