Excited because I found what I wanted I quickly called the dealership to inquire even though the Prius V was on the other side of the country! Never having done this before, buying an out of state vehicle and wanting to have it shipped to my home in the Palm Springs Ca, communication was a must to make me feel comfortable to continue to purchase the Toyota Prius V. When I called I spoke with the Sales Rep Ivan Osorio and ask is this possible to ship this Toyota Prius V? Ivan assured me it was possible to purchase the vehicle also ship it as their dealership had shipped many cars around the country and was a fairly easy process. This made me feel comfortable enough to proceed with buying the Prius V I wanted from Palm Beach Auto Sales Outlet. They really made it an easy process for me. Via my home computer and by phone I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork for the purchase of this Handsome Shiny Black on Black Prius V. Ryan Struble in Financing arranged my loan and got me a good rate with a top tier lender. Ivan Osorio helped me handle the paperwork and made sure the vehicle was ready for pick up for the trucking company once all the neccesary paperwork was completed. Without these guys assuring me this will be an easy process to ship the car and also get finacing at a good rate I probably would have moved on and continued to look elsewhere. However Palm Beach Auto Sales Outlet took the time to treat me with the utmost fairness and the communicaton was superior! So now the update... The Handsome Shiny Black on Black Prius V is now in my garage. If one can call a Prius V handsome, I am loving it! Of course I had to pay the shipping fee to get the vehicle to Palm Springs, Ca. but Palm Beach Auto Sales Outlet sold me the Prius V at a great price, a couple thousand dollars lower than the same car I found here in California with much higher mileage, so it was worth it to me to ship this vehicle to my home.
