Best Car Experience Ever! I am writing this review to save everyone the agony of dealing with OTHER local dealerships. After a grueling 6 days of searching for a vehicle for ou I am writing this review to save everyone the agony of dealing with OTHER local dealerships. After a grueling 6 days of searching for a vehicle for our daughter I was blessed with meeting Santiago and the PBASO dealership. From the initial web contact to the final “ceremony” of receiving our newly purchased vehicle we had not one issue. The car we purchased, a 2016 Jeep Patriot, was well underpriced, with low miles and in excellent condition. We were pleasantly surprised that it was delivered detailed with a full tank of gas! I had looked at dozens on the web and in person and this one nailed every check box; Color, condition, mileage, options, etc. The facility was exceptionally nice and very comfortable with a cafe. The entire staff was top-notch and no corny used car salesman personalities. Santiago, our Client Rep was engaging and straightforward. I have never, EVER, had such a pleasant car buying experience in my life and I’ve purchased over a dozen in my lifetime. They don't play games with pricing and offer quality cars at fair prices. This is definitely not your typical car buying experience. I traded in my Lexus es330 for a Mazda MX-5 Miata from Santiago and I couldn't be happier. What can I say, the mid-life crisis is real. Shawn and Ryan were equally as great to deal with.
