Being new to FL and worried about COVID, this was the dealership that won me over. Our sales person, Jamie, is very personable, listens, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Auto Sales was not even on my radar until Angelo reached out with his easy going personality and wasn't pushy, made me interested enough to come in for at least a look, which ultimately I ended up purchasing my car from him. Rafale Santome, GM, allowed Angelo to work with me and gave him the flexibility to help me end up getting a car. They made me feel as if I was purchasing a $100,000.00 car, and not a 16,000.00 car..! I really loved John as he is an amazing sales associate but I do not think the finance department tried hard enough for me as a customer especially considering the amount of money I do have to put down in the stability. You should not be stating that people with less than very good credit can get approved it is very misleading More

We got a new Truck Our experience with this dealership was good. We called ahead to make sure they still had the car we were looking for, Michael Marx called us back and Our experience with this dealership was good. We called ahead to make sure they still had the car we were looking for, Michael Marx called us back and confirmed the car was still available. He got some preliminary info ahead and when we got there he already have some of the paperwork started. He was very polite and attentive, (wore his mask all the time) and i really have nothing negative to said about him. The whole process lasted three hours, we had to have our current car appraised, that was done quickly as well. The financial manager Ryan spoke to us about our options, and they were very upfront and honest about the options we had. The only reason for my 4 starts is that we didn't really got the payment in our ideal rate. It would have been excellent of we would have left from there not only with the car we wanted but with the payment amount we discussed up front we wanted. But it was our call to agree at the end, they were not pushy. So, over all a good experience, we will recommend this dealership. More

I purchased a 2002 Porsche online and had great service from Pattel Witter. I realized I was taking a chance purchasing it from another state but since it was a one owner, low mileage car I thought it was from Pattel Witter. As it turned out the car was in beautiful condition and looked show room perfect. I would recommend any collector to purchase a car at this dealership.
