I originally purchased my Mazda in Stamford, CT at Riley Mazda and was very dissatisfied with everything about them. I began asking around for recommendations on other dealerships and was advised to go to P Mazda and was very dissatisfied with everything about them. I began asking around for recommendations on other dealerships and was advised to go to Pallisades Mazda by a friend. I have never been so pleased with the level of service I received. They took the time to listen and help diagnose potential problems with my car and were very efficient in conducting the work and sending me on my way knowing I had been taken care of and am a happy customer. I will continue to go there as long as I have my Mazda. More

Not only was the sales experience great when I purchased my Mazda CX7 from Demitri Pappas at Palisades Mazda in July of 2011, but their Service Department is AWESOME! Trying to find time to bring my car my Mazda CX7 from Demitri Pappas at Palisades Mazda in July of 2011, but their Service Department is AWESOME! Trying to find time to bring my car in for routine maintenance is always difficult for me. Every time I do find the time, Jason and Sal always accommodate my schedule for servicing my vehicle. Jason goes out of his way to make sure I understand what services I need and explains what has been done afterwards. I have had nothing but positive experiences, and would recommend them to anyone. They are consistently friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. More
You are always greeted with the utmost courtesy and respect when you walk in to the service department or dealership.
