Chris was a pleasure to work with from the inital contact through the transaction and afterwards. He was professional, straight forward and he did all he could to make the process simple and fair. The experience was almost painless. My 87 year old mother leased a mazda 3 for 42 months in 2010. This past November, she broke her hip and is unable to drive. I tried to reach Scott,her sales representative, by phone(4 times with messag 2010. This past November, she broke her hip and is unable to drive. I actually had to call his boss,Tom Dillion, who I later met with and agreed on a sum of monies to be paid, in order for his dealership to take back the car. On Monday, 11/21 the car was returned, the paper work signed, and the check handed directly to Mr. Dillion. Beginning Dec 28th, my mother started receiving phone calls and past due bills from the Chase Bank stating that her payments were in arrears and that her credit would be affected if payments were not made immediately. I contacted Mr. Dillion, by phone that same day, and left both my home and cell phone numbers. Once again, no response. I telephoned him a few hours later and he stated to me that he had not checked for messages. He also told me that he had been trying to get in touch with me for weeks. I explained that there were no messages on either of my phone lines ; at which time Mr. Dillion stated that he did not have either of my numbers nor was I listed in the white pages. This was a blatant untruth as he had both my numbers when he needed to get in touch with me concerning the payoff check and I am listed in the white pages and local telephone book. Then he proceeded to say that Scott had been feverishly trying to get in touch with my mother at her home and there had been no answer. Well, that was not the brightest thing to do as my mother was in a rehabilitaion hospital in New Jersy, which was the reason for me handling the return of the car to begin with. Evidently, Mr. Dillion had made an error when he had my mother make out the check to the bank as opposed to the dealership. However, it is unconscionable that in this day in age, that you would out and out lie to a customer and not even think of sending a letter when you could not get in touch with them by phone. On Friday Dec 30th, I brought Scott, as I was told Mr. Dillion was on the phone and unable to see me, a new check made out to the dealership. Well, now the car was returned on the 21st of November; along with the first check. The replacement check was given in on the 30th of December and guess what.... as of today 1/09 ,my mother is still getting threatening calls from Chase along with late payment notices. So, would I recommend this dealership; not on your life !!!! More

I wasnt rushed of treated poorly becuase I had so many different complaints. My advisor didnt gt frustrated with me. They are kind, professional, and diligent. A breath of fresh air for me for sure! Made the deal with a few quick emails and phone calls. No need to spend 4 hours on a Saturday sitting in a dealership. My second purchase from them and they were great both times. This is 100% different than my experience at Ramsey Mazda. I called them about 2 weeks ago, spoke to a John, told him I was ready to lease a CX9 with certain options and asked for a price. This is what he says "you are looking at a payment of mid 400s". Typically Car Salesman talk. I asked him to narrow it down and he tells me that's the best he can do on the phone. Invited me to the dealer so we can discuss. WHY WOULD I WANT TO SPEND MY ENTIRE SATURDAY SITTING IN A DEALER WHEN I CAN GET THE SAME THING ACCOMPLISHED WITH A QUICK PHONE CALL? Called Palisades Mazda, asked the exact same question, gave me a price on the phone of $360/month. PERIOD. I thought that was fare, didn't haggle. Went the next day to sign and the following day to pick it up. Highly recommend More
I had been researching SUVs on Edmunds and other car sites, and finally had decided on either a Mazda CX-9 or a Kia Sorrento. I contacted a bunch of Mazda and Kia dealers through Edmunds (get quotes) a sites, and finally had decided on either a Mazda CX-9 or a Kia Sorrento. I contacted a bunch of Mazda and Kia dealers through Edmunds (get quotes) and was contacted by Chris, the "internet guy". He laid out all the costs, conformed what options and colors I wanted, and generally cut through all the BS, explained all the current offers and bottom-lined a price for me. I checked with a few other dealers, who played the "well, here's the list and here's the best I can do" and they didn't even come close. I really liked the no-hassle, bottom line price. Came back to test drive the car (including the color i initially wanted), and was ready to sign. Only issue was finding the car in the right color with the right options, and here again, Chris and "the dealer" worked with other dealerships and the Mazda representative to "get dibs" on a car that had just gotten into port and hadn't been delivered to a dealership on Long Island. Chris worked to get the car and options in by the time the offers expired, and Luke joined in by working the financing, as well as noticing that Mazda had come out with an additional offer that wasn't included on my paperwork, and added it in. Painless closing and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour with the new car after touring the service department (and meeting Vickie), setting up a scheduled maintenance appt six months away, etc. Can't say enough good things about their organization. Great guys to work with! More
I was looking for a Mazda Speed 3. I had called the dealer first and spoke to a calvin who was suppose to call me back in 5 mins. I had told him i was in the area and i was from out of town. No call back(waited 45mins.) so I went to the dealer and went to go and see the car. I walked in and Joe came up and helped us. From the start he was awsome he found all the deals for us. He showed us 2 cars one for Extreamly cheap and the one we wanted a 2011 tech package included. he gave us at least a 2500. discount on the car. He even sat down and helped us quote the car's monthly payment. Estimateing everything. He knew what we needed him to know. We agreed to proceed and he took us to his awsome manager Micheal. He then told us about all the extras not harrasing us like most Dealers do. He was extreamly nice. He also knew I worked for a bank he does loans with. He not only got me a great rate he made sure they knew i was an employee and they gave me the employee rate. They told us come on monday to pick up the car. When we went Joe had just come back from filling up the tank!!! (no other dealer did this for us!!) And since it was a snowy day he got the car a little dirty and he went out to clean it again. He was more then Helpful when we asked him to at least show us the bascis of the technology the car had. He sat with us for another 45 mins to help us. He was Great!! I love this dealer out of all of the ones i had been to. Besides the phone call with the salesman calvin i really like the other people that work there. Also they gave me the best they could for my trade in!!! They are AWSOME!!!!! Thanks again Joe!!! we truly appreciate it. More
I am shocked by the few negative reviews only because my experience has been quite the opposite. I am a single mother of three looking for the best deal posible. After getting the run around from 5 dealers in three states, I was able to get Chris to offer me a very fair quote via EMAIL before ever meeting and to the end of sale he stuck to that quote. He did not pressure me into anything additional I could not afford and his knowledge of the specific car that I was looking to buy was impressive. I financed with Luke and I am a weary consumer and hate any sort of pressure. I found Luke to give his opinion on the extra services based upon his experience but NEVER did I feel pressure and when I decided on my package there was never another word about it. I also found Luke to get every thing done in the shortest amount of time possible and to communicate with me throughout. I was a very nervous/careful buyer and brought along a very protective boyfriend. We were met with extreme patience and though I know I must have driven both men crazy with the amount of emails I sent in a weeks time, both men got back to me (and my boyfriend) immediately each and every time. I am sorry to anyone who had a negative experience but this was not the case for me. Tammy C. More

Overall it was an excellent experience and I HIGHLY recommend Chris if you go into Palisades Mazda. I disagree with the negative marks from the previous buyer. At no point did any of that happen with me. Chris stuck by his quote from day one and never gave up on finding a car for me. THANKS CHRIS!!!! More
