However, this is not the case for Danny McCormick, and team, over at Palisades Mazda. In Fact, we had been to multiple dealerships in the past few days, and we didn't realize how much the other dealerships' customer service were lacking until we stepped foot into this one... The staff were friendly: we were greeted with a smile when we walked in, from a friendly receptionist, who offered us coffee. Simple, but it went a long way. The salesman were knowledgeable and helpful: We had a particular car in mind, and from the moment we were seated with Danny to review the details, our experience just got better. After some shop talk, and friendly conversation, he took us on a REAL test drive... not just around the block, but a drive to really get a feel for the car. During the test drive, he was educating us on facts about the car- technical details, safety features, add ons, etc... By the time we came back, we really had a feel for the car, both inside and out. This really helped with our decision. Financing was easy: After filling out the necessary paperwork, John, in financing, a very knowledgeable, and friendly man, helped us to get a great rate on our loan, and Danny helped us to get a good trade in value for our previous car. All in all, the team helped us from start to finish, and we walked out of the dealership with a great car, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, a great feeling about our car. I can't speak enough to the quality of the personnel. It's just something you have to experience for yourself. More
