Let's add more facts so that people can see just what kind of lowlifes these assclowns really are. Not 8 months TO THE DAY that I drove off the lot, the battery died. This is after I was told that a brand new battery had been installed before I picked up the vehicle. I checked the service history on this vehicle and wouldn't you know it, the battery had been "charged" NOT replaced as I was told. In fact, the battery had been charged twice. Well, I'm not a so-called Mazda "technician" but perhaps I would've considered replacing the battery with a new one as promised since the one in the vehicle had died only months after being "charged". I also noticed that after I replaced the battery, the FM radio stations come in clearer. Gee, wonder if a dying battery had something to do with the static issues. I've said it before and will keep saying it: the level of incompetence at this place is only surpassed by their level of arrogance. Avoid this place at all costs. They are dishonest, incompetent and arrogant. I've also shared my experience as this place with my employer since these clowns are listed as a partner for employee pricing. I'd hate to see a colleague get treated as poorly as I was. Never, EVER again with this clowns.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention the cabin filters. I took my car elsewhere for it's regular service (no way will I ever set foot in this place). Found that 1 filter had to be replaced since it was completely clogged and another had to be cleaned out (I saw both filters). Of course, Palisades Mazda didn't check the filters because the car hadn't reached the mileage where it's recommended to be replaced. No way anyone is going to take a little initiative for the customer especially with the service is the "free" one you get for getting ripped off by these lowlifes. So how is it that the filters were in such poor condition despite the mileage being so far below the stated amount to require them to be replaced? How is it that nobody bothered to check the filters before I got the car? How is it that in less than a half hour, I can get my car completely serviced and washed inside and out but it takes these assclowns 90 minutes to do an oil change?? What the xxxx else are these alleged technicians doing for an hour and a half??
