We in fact had a minor issue with the rear tires on this certified vehicle about a week after and they immediate offered a replacement of the tires. The entire transaction was professional, courteous and straightforward. When it was time to replace another vehicle in our household with a new Mazda in Feb 2017, we knew that this was the dealer we wanted to give our business. This time around we were assisted by Doug and it was just as straightforward and courteous as before. The dealer is in the business to sell ca s and make money and we want to get the best deal possible. When both parties respect this reality and meet at a mutually agreeable point without much hassle, car buying experience is dare I say enjoyable. When I told him I was still doing research on other cars before making my decision,he didn't pressure me at all. I eventually came in for a test drive and ended up purchasing the car(for that same quote) and driving it off the lot that same day! Even was able to trade in my 1999 Toyota Rav4!
