My husband and I bought our first car at Palisades Mazda a few weeks ago and were fortunate enough to work with Ed Grayon there. From the route he chose for our test drive to helping with the financing to spending time going through each and every feature of our car with us, he was great to work with from start to finish. The man plays zero games, keeps it honest, and always follows up on everything he says he will - a rarity in the business (based on experience). Beyond a doubt, I would recommend him to anyone. I bought used, and look - buying used is always going to be a gamble. I know that going in, and I know that buying CPO at least comes with a warranty that makes you feel safer driving off the lot. When the car had a handful of issues, they took it right back and gave it back to me as fast as they could. And to me, that's all you can ask for from a dealership. Them standing by their product, and doing their best to keep you on the road is more than enough to earn my business and praise. I want to thank Juan in service as well, for coming in off hours and on his day off to get the job done. More

His clarity, knowledge and pleasant manner put me at ease. Like many people, I find buying a new car a daunting experience, despite the research I do beforehand. I was inundated by emails and phone calls from many dealers. I needed a dealership and salesperson I could trust. It was easy to put my trust in Ed. I picked up the car today and he spent a good hour explaining the features. I had confidence in his extensive knowledge of the vehicle and was calmed by his patience. It's such a pleasure to work with someone who knows his product inside and out, and who respects his customers. He'll treat you like family. The entire process was smooth and flawless. The worst dealership I’ve ever been to, I brought my car into these guys and the communication I had with the service advisors was terrible , they waisted my time and money. I gave them my problem and issue and they completely ignore it and made me buy parts that had nothing to do with my issue on my car , I was told to pick up my car because the issue was fixed and the next day I was left stranded in the cold because my car had the same issue , when I tried to contact the service manager he refused to answer my phone calls , so I reached out to the general manager and he proceeded to give me the run around until I had to personally visit him and when I finally got both the service manager and the general manager into the same room they both said it was my fault because they couldn’t fix the problem which was as simple as removing an alarm system. They told me they had a 15 year electrical technician on my car but how is it that he wasn’t able to figure out how to disable an alarm system , meanwhile I had to figure out how to take it out myself 390$ dollars down the line after then ripped me off for my money and refused to give it back. I’ve never been to a dealership and dealt with this amount of unprofessionalism before, both service manager and GM were trying to argue with me and discredit my knowledge. The reason I brought my car to Mazda is because I wanted to let professionals work on my car and it was a waiste of time More
