I bought cx-30 here two weeks ago. After I put my deposit, every procedure I went through was smooth and they were professional, and they work as a very organized team. If you actually visit the place, you will know what I mean. Besides all of that, Chris Kinder was the best representative I have ever met including all other brand representatives. He explained every single button you might want to know before you drive and he made our purchase experience very precious in every perspective. If I buy next car for my self or my spouse, I will be pleased to work with chris and palisades mazda. If you live in NYC, I recommend to do your business here. Bought a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring and I have 6,000 miles on it in 6 months. the hood is chipped very badly, and they won't help at all. They said it was probably because of the road I drive on (which is t on it in 6 months. the hood is chipped very badly, and they won't help at all. Purchased a used CX3. 1st visit with Steve, we looked around and he was up front in exactly how they price their cars (market-based pricing). And given my research, this 1st visit with Steve, we looked around and he was up front in exactly how they price their cars (market-based pricing). And given my research, this seemed to be true. We went back a few days later and met with Jake. I called reception and told them I was 10 minutes out and I wanted to see a CX3 (in fairness, I had just huffed out of another dealer who left me waiting for 30 minutes while they conducted a sales meeting in front of me! lol). When I pulled up, Jake had a car waiting for me to test drive, the carfax printed out, the specs printed out, and options should I not like that one. From start to finish, he was professional, engaging, truly listened to concerns and thoughts. When I wanted to just look at a CX5, rather than walk me over to one, he got an available one in my price range and pulled it up to the CX3 so we could easily compare. It was these little touches that made for a great buying experience. I went to A LOT of dealerships. Did my research on costs and availability in this tight secondary market. Palisades Mazda went above and beyond. When I called from home & decided I wanted that car, they set a tie for pick up (that day) and I think we spent...maybe...30 minutes in total (if that) inside the dealership closing it out. Car was detailed and pristine and waiting for us with a smile. No hidden fees. I highly rec this dealership, Steve, and Jake. Honest. Up front. Problem solvers. & I love the car :) More
