Please do not buy a CX90 from Palisades Mazda. They do not have enough technicians trained in this model to properly fix it. I've been told they only have one tech who is trained to handle this model and they were not forthcoming about that information until they had our car for over two weeks. Our brand new CX90 (6,000 miles) had its engine light come on February 3rd. We called to have it looked at and they would not give us an appointment until Feb. 10th. By 2/12 we were told it needed a VVT motor and they needed to order the part. We asked for a loaner car and we were told we were on a waiting list. 2/17 the part arrives and we were told we would have the car back in a few days. We did not hear for 5 days. I called the service office several times and no one would pick up. I went there on 2/21 in person just to speak to someone about the car and was told that day that they did not have anyone on staff who could fix it. I demanded a loaner car and only then did I magically get one, 30 minute later. On 2/26 they text us to say they are sending our car to White Plains Mazda so their techs can fix. it. We then get no updates of any substance for days. We have texted with our assigned tech at Palisades twice this week and each time we were told we would hear an update by the afternoon, no word all. Today 3/4 I called for the general manager. His mailbox its full and I am unable to leave a message. When I called the service department they could not tell me the address or the number of the White Plains Mazda dealership. That should be pretty simple information to share. This has been a terrible experience. They have had our brand new car for close to month. It just about feels as though they have stolen it. I cannot believe no one has reached out to us to apologize and try to communicate better. I deeply regret buying a Mazda. More

Unfortunately my wife’s car was totaled in a car accident (thankfully no one was seriously injured) and it put her in need of a new ride. She had a 2018 CX5 (in Red) Touring and absolutely loved the vehicle. (thankfully no one was seriously injured) and it put her in need of a new ride. She had a 2018 CX5 (in Red) Touring and absolutely loved the vehicle. Well why not replace it with a newer and more powerful and more feature packed version. Palisades Mazda just happened to have a 2022 Mazda CX5 Turbo (in Red), I spoke w a lovely salesperson named Arthur E. Sesiguzel who confirmed the vehicle was available and that it was indeed a very low mileage car (low mileage was important to us, my wife does a minimum of 15k miles a year). When my wife and I arrived to dealership we were very pleased with how lovely the dealership and their staff all were. Arthur made the buying process as easy as possible and we were able to come to a deal fairly quickly (we did have plans to go look at another vehicle). I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Amberlyn who took care of the financing part of the deal, which once again was quick and extremely professional. One last mention I must make Andy Gorran who took the time to ensure our complete satisfaction was met. Palisades Mazda has totally earned this family’s business now and in the future and I’ll gladly w/out hesitation recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle More

Very poor experience. They don't pick up the phone to answer how many service checks are included after purchasing a new vehicle and when asked when are the service consul They don't pick up the phone to answer how many service checks are included after purchasing a new vehicle and when asked when are the service consultants available they answer with I don't know leave a voicemail and someone will call you back. Also, I bought key warranty because they sell you all the bells and whistles and when I asked them for a new key they said that they can't find my information in the system even though I have the proof. Their customer service is really bad. I will never buy from them again. They fooled me once. More
