Also, I bought key warranty because they sell you all the bells and whistles and when I asked them for a new key they said that they can't find my information in the system even though I have the proof. Their customer service is really bad. I will never buy from them again. They fooled me once. More

Needless to say, there are so many dealerships that are dishonest and use deceptive sales tactics to waste my time and try to get people in the door to pressure sell. Word of advice, avoid all dealerships in the Long Island area (yeah their advertised prices look very competitive, but you won't buy it even close to there after all fees). I worked with Susie, Chris and Andy and had a great deal on a new car within 2 days. They have integrity, experience, and are very professional.
