So at first we were ecstatic about purchasing our new car, originally we bought a 17’ Dodge Journey with salesman Nathan but going back and forth to Vegas (one trip) we realized it had no power going up car, originally we bought a 17’ Dodge Journey with salesman Nathan but going back and forth to Vegas (one trip) we realized it had no power going up the hill so we went in to see about getting a different vehicle. Salesman E.T helped up into a 21’ Chevy Malibu where we was told we just had to pay a little more down because it was a newer vehicle, no problem we paid it. We were told that the original downpayment would also go toward the newer car due to the fact we only had the Dodge a couple days and wasn’t satisfied. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN! After going over all our paper work nothing that was told to us was implemented, they basically screwed us out of almost $10,000 & when we went in about it there was a different finance guy there I believe his name was Brian Perry, he told us that our original down payment didn’t go toward the new car, so we basically paid $10,000 toward a car for 4 days just to get screwed and “misinformation” as he called it! When signing the papers with E.T. & prior to that talking to him outside he said that it was applied toward our new purchase! It was an expensive lesson to learn but I refuse to just let them play us out of our hard earned money, I’m taking this to the top, just waiting for a call back from the general manager! I’ll be darned if they slick talking butts “misinformation” take our hard earned money without a fight! More

I was having my car services at Pahrump Valley Auto plaza when I met Doug D. He was very pleasant and we talked for a while. I had been thinking about trading in for a new car but I owed quite a bit.
