I am very disappointed in Page Toyota i set up an appointment to go in ,and I missed my appointment so two weeks later I got a call stating that there is a recall on my vehicle so I made an appointme appointment to go in ,and I missed my appointment so two weeks later I got a call stating that there is a recall on my vehicle so I made an appointment to take my vehicle in .come to find out it wasn’t a recall on my vehicle they were stating it was it a battery problem if I wanted to buy a new battery they’ll take $30 off and then they told me that I needed over $1000 worth of work on my vehicle that I would need brakes and rotors mind you I haven’t even put 10,000 miles on my vehicle yet I think it was all a scam to get business. More

The dealership is good. The service is great! Lorenzo Amos is awesome!!! When I take my truck to the dealership/Lorenzo, I know it’s in good hands. As a woman, I don’t feel like I’m being cheated and or Amos is awesome!!! When I take my truck to the dealership/Lorenzo, I know it’s in good hands. Very disappointed in their service department. Lorenzo was courteous and professional but it went down hill from there because he was misinformed by whichever mechanic he spoke with. my Trunk release cabl was courteous and professional but it went down hill from there because he was misinformed by whichever mechanic he spoke with. my Trunk release cable had broken when I pulled the interior lever. It was explained upon arrival and they confirmed it very quickly, basically upon observation. They called me about 40 minutes after I dropped off the car. I was informed it would cost $534 to fix it but it would take several days to get the part so I went back to pick up the car. They handed me a bill for $212 of which $160 was the initial portion of labor (they didn’t do squat) plus the part. . Since no work was done I was not expecting to pay that much especially since they couldn’t fix it for several days. I canceled the part order but still had to pay the $160 for nothing which annoyed me. I asked Lorenzo if they could just repair the latch and I would just use the FOB to open the trunk. He went to ask a mechanic who told him it couldn’t be done. I paid the bill, left and ended up calling another Toyota dealership (Suburban in Troy), asking them if they had the part. They said it was actually on BACK order with no ETA, questioning how Page could possibly get it as soon as they said. I asked if they could possibly repair the latch so I could close the trunk and just use the FOB. They said yes and they could do it today. I dropped it off and within 15 minutes they called me saying it was done. There was NO CHARGE. Guess which dealership will get my future business going forward? More
