I walked in, and I was immediately greeted by Dean. He had a smile on his face, and was extremely friendly. My lease was going to be ending soon, and I wanted to know what my options would be. He got me an awesome interest rate, and a great price on my brand new Prius C. This is my second car from Page Toyota, and I know I will get more from here. The service department is awesome, and I would refer anyone with a Toyota to go to Page for service. I would also Recommend anyone looking for a new car to ask for Dean. I have sent several people into Page that dealt with Dean, and I can say everyone had a great experience More
I was looking for a Saturn Outlook online and found a listing from Page Toyota. I filled out the online form and not even 10-15 minutes later I received a call from them. I was curious about financing because I had my fair share of hospital bills and I was told they work with a lot of financial institutions. Anyway, to cut it short I was asked to provide some paperwork ( because I am self-employed ) then I was asked to come over and see the vehicle. I went there expecting to see the car but Bill told me I will be leaving with the car if I wanted to buy it. I didn't believe him. After a short to medium wait for processing he came to me and said : Congratulations! Low price, low interest and everyone treated me with respect and professionalism. Nobody wanted to sell me a different car or tell me, why get this when you can get the other one, nobody rushed me and even when I told them I came unprepared for the down payment I said I will put on it, they understood and I still left home with the car. Anyway, they did a great job for me. They contacted me very fast, they followed up at my own pace and did not harass me with phone calls, when I decided to go in I called like maybe 10 minutes in advance and everything was ready waiting for me, the financial team was great and as I mentioned above the car price was about 1000 dollars under most of the cars I've seen online for the same milage and some of them with a troublesome carfax. I bought the car not even a week ago and I am happy with the dealership experience. Also I was provided ( for a cost ) with full warranty for 50.000 miles/3 yrs. Can't beat that for a used car. More
I worked with two techs trying to help me out with my FRS. I want thank them both and give them kudos for providing excellent service! I just installed leather seats from a BRZ and my FRS would not recognize that there was no passenger in the passenger seat. They connected the computer to tried and re-zero the sensor - but that setting is not available on my car. They took the time to explain what they did and tried some other things to fix the issue. They were unable to fix my issue, but nonetheless provided stellar service! On a side note, if you could it pass along - I did manage to get things working properly by installing the BRZ skin on the FRS foam (to which the Occupant Sensor is attached). Thanks for your help! You'll be my new Toyota dealer of choice! More
I would like to tell you about your fine service write up person Natalie Baile and your mechanic Rob Carner. My daughter has an o3 4-runner that had a bad intermediate steering shaft. When the shaft was replaced the vechicle went into distress mode with traction control and braking and basically going into neutral. I called yesterday and Natalie was extremely helpful and let me talk to Rob so that I could drive the vechicle from Rochester Hills to Page. I passed by 2 toyota dealerships to come to Page to have the calibrated steering angle sensor scanned... I will tell my friends of the great service I received. Please complement Natalie and Rob for the great job they did for my daughters car. Also please make management and ownership aware of these fine employees. More
We had runaround and very poor customer service at other dealers and were ready to give up. We were referred to Dean Jarrell/Page Toyota by a friend. Night and day. Within a day he processed us and gave us everything we wanted. To boot he told us he could beat any deal and he far exceeded our expectation. Our price was lower. Grade of the car was higher. Everything the other dealers said they couldn't do. Dean Jarrell did in one day. Seemless. Needless to say we are happy and he has and Page Toyota a customer for life! More

This is a big catch. they think they are no 1 and will remain but is incorrect. Theier sales staff is very incourteous and arrogant. they give one price on internet & email. they say over phone they will remain but is incorrect. My question is if you are not going to honour your own( from page Toyota) why you write that price in email 2) on email they says they have many colors in stock on 24 th January 14. 25 January is Monday. when we saw this email to sales person he said he does not have more than 2 colors and they sold out all the colors in 3 hrs. because on 24 th noon 3 o'clock they have many colors. Sunday they were closed and 26 th they have only 2 cars left. There was a big queue on 24 th evening to buy Toyota camry at page Toyota! 3) Is this a professional behavior ?they quate in email price 20483 + tax . But when we went there sales person starts with 23750 plus tax and said this is a bargainprice They play a big cheating game over internet. This gives you very bad feeling and spoil your day. we were fool that we believed your email other sales prson at other Toyota dealership bat me that he will buy a lunch if Page Toyota will honour their own intenet price He told me that they does with many people .
