The customer service was great when I brought my vehicle in to be inspected prior to being serviced and it was great when I picked it up after the repairs. Do not purchase a new hybrid from Page Toyota in Southfield, MI. They attempted sneak in an 8k MSRP markup when I was trying to buy a 2023 Prius and were very dishonest about it.
