CarFax error rescue Sean Lechner, Used Car Manager, Page Toyota in Southfield, MI went above and beyond in assisting me in correcting what could have been a costly Car Fa Sean Lechner, Used Car Manager, Page Toyota in Southfield, MI went above and beyond in assisting me in correcting what could have been a costly Car Fax error. I tried to trade in the Avalon I bought from Sean at another dealership a year and a half later and found out there was a gross mileage reporting error on the report that significantly dropped the trade in value of the Avalon. I was very upset and called Sean and his F and I manager to report my problem. Sean jumped on the problem right away, dealt with CarFax (which is not easy to do as a consumer) with solid professional information and made the discrepancy clear up and go away. I can not thank Sean and his co-workers enough. Will forever highly recommend Page Toyota as a dealership to buy or lease your next vehicle from. Thanks Sean (Page Toyota). More
