On the first occasion, I was looking for a used Toyota Sienna. I contacted the used car sales manager Sean Lencher, and inquired about a used 12' Sienna Limited. I made it clear to Sean that I wanted straight answers and a vehicle at an reasonable price. Sean located a 12' Sienna and gave me a great price . Sean's honesty, product line knowledge and insight made the entire experience pleasant and straightforward. To this day, Sean has made himself available at anytime to answer questions regarding the used and new Toyota product line...a great guy and someone I trust! My second dealing with Paige Toyota led me to a lease of a 15' Highlander from Kim Moore. Sean introduced me to Kim. Kim was kind and responsive, knew the product line inside and out and was able to answer every question put to her...without having to refer to notes, catalogs, etc.. I double checked all of the information and Kim was spot-on in every facet of the Highlander and lease. Kim is terminally pleasant and always a joy to see...the consummate professional and great person! Fast Forward...turn in the 15' Highlander lease...still LOVE the car but wanted to upgrade to the 17' for the additional safety features. Kim was unavailable and now I meet Colleen Paige. Colleen is a taller version of Kim. Colleen understands the Toyota Highlander and companion product lines implicitly and could answer any question that came to mind. Colleen was thorough and very considerate of my time. I gave Colleen a specific list of the options desired. Within a day or two, Colleen had it enroute, delivered and prepped for me. Colleen and the Sales Manager Jason Dunsmore had my paperwork ready when I arrived... Kristie Lee explained everything to me in clear concise detail and I was out the door with my 17' Highlander. By the way-whomever turned in my Thule Carrier key to Colleen...THANK YOU-accidentally left it in the 15' Highlander at turn in. Onto the Service Department... Natalie Bailey is a blessing-(knows everything about a Highlander). I pull in...she's on task...asks all the right questions and watches out for me regarding any potential problems or concerns with the car. The mechanics knock it out in a heartbeat and I'm back on the road. I didn't intend to write a homage for the Paige Family but in those rare instances where I get efficient service, honest answers and a great product for a reasonable price it's hard not to...trust me I wouldn't normally do reviews, but Paige and their employees are worth the effort! I had visited two other Toyota dealerships before I visited Page Toyota. Dean and Jason were the only ones that was able to get me the exact car I wanted. They also gave me a fair price and a fair trade in on my old car. The new car delivery was excellent. Dean showed me how to use all of the features of my new car. He also took the time to introduce me to the gentleman who is going to be my main contact for future service. I am very happy that I bought my car at Page Toyota. I will be recommending Page Toyota to my friends and recitatives. More

He spent almost full day trying to get the lease approved but the bank refused. With a cooperation of Mr. Antoine and his manager/supervisor and after making several phone calls to the bank, I could get the approval and got the lease. But FRED (my salesman), SEAN (the manager), and JOHN (independent mechanic). These 3 guys went above and beyond to resolve any issues I have had with the dealership and their service department. Both Fred and Sean reached out to me after they found out about all the issues I was having. They weren't able to negotiate anything with their service department, so they hooked me up with an independent mechanic instead, which is near the area (Advance Auto Center), and they spoke with John the owner/manager. They were able to fix all the problems on the car at no cost to me ($1,400 worth of repair), that is also because I have purchased an extended warranty for the car. Needless to say, I was a very happy man after that. I honestly believed both Fred and Sean deserve a raise for what they did and how they handle their customers, they turned a horrific situation into something more manageable. I definitely recommend buying a used car from Fred, but make sure to also purchased their extended warranty, it'll be worth it in the long run, trust me from my experience. But I'm still deducting a star because of the experience I had with their service department, they need more training on how to handle situations like this. ********************** ORIGINAL REVIEW *************************** First off, let me start by saying that the sales department for used cars is top notched. Fred helped me out on getting a car on the very same day. He took care of us like family throughout the whole process. I purchased a used 2013 cadillac ATS, although i have to get financing through my university because of the better rates, Fred still did his best to get me financed through their banks. With that being said the rest of my experience was a horrific nightmare. Not even a month after my purchase, the car had already started breaking down, and in under that month I have made several trips to their service department, on which they just turn me away saying they could not do anything about it. On the first week, some of the light bulbs started not to work, and they said that they don't have those type of bulbs, so i had to get them fixed out of my own pocket. Then the brakes started making loud noises when braking and the wheels also make noises when accelerating. And guess what! Again the service department told me that I have to get the brakes and tires changed out of my own expense. Then here comes the biggest issue, within just over three weeks of driving the car, the engines keeps over heating, it turns out that there was no coolant on the reservoir and that there was a very tiny leak coming from under the car. After filling it up with coolant, I observed it for few days and the reservoir is still almost full, and there was only few drops of leak coming from under the car. Meaning, that it already has this issue even before i bought the car, there is no way that it went through that whole tank of coolant within just few weeks. Either they failed to inspect for any leaks or they haven't topped-off of the coolant before it was sold to me. Now the car doesn't even run properly, it shakes during idle and it won't even accelerate without stuttering. And so just like the other times they told me that i'm all out of luck because they only handle toyotas and not cadillacs. If that's the case then why sell other branded cars if you only deal with toyotas. With that being said, it's absurd that after shelling out over $19k on a car, you'd expect that the car will last at least a year before any major breakdowns. This one didn't even last a month. I would also understand that they can refused me service if i bought the car months after. This was just weeks old for crying out loud. And it also shows it comes with a month warranty on the sticker on which they didn't even honor. In short, i'm out of $19 grand after driving the car for only 3 weeks. More

From Dominica's informative replies to my email queries, to Colleen Paige's concise and pleasant explanations when I came to discuss buying a new 2017 Prius with my trade-in, to completing the purchase, everyone there was a pleasure to work with. Colleen arranged for the very car I was interested in buying to be available the next day, gave me a terrific deal not only for the new car but also on my trade-in, and took extra time to explain the car's new technology.
