Hands-down the best car shopping experience My wife and I had been looking for a used 2015 Toyota Highlander with very specific criteria for the past few months. We wanted to balance mileage wit My wife and I had been looking for a used 2015 Toyota Highlander with very specific criteria for the past few months. We wanted to balance mileage with price with features. This was going to be our family vehicle as we had our first baby back in March. Fortunately for us, a listing showed up that met all of criteria and was also certified pre-owned. I expressed interest in the vehicle online and had a few questions given that I was on the other side of the state (with a newborn). I wasn’t exactly sure how this would all work out, if at all. Becky Yee followed up and was able to answer most of my questions. Becky put connected me with Rory Rays to answer my remaining question and to help me figure out if this was the right car for me, my wife, our new baby, and our dog. Rory was simply fantastic. He was very responsive and understood my dilemma of not being able to drive over and look at the vehicle. He was also willing to have it delivered to Grand Rapids (where I am). This put some of the risk on Rory because there was a chance that after it was delivered we could still decide not to buy it. Rory went out and checked out the car again. He wanted to have confidence that there was no way we would say no to the car. Two days later, he had the car delivered to my home. I checked it out and it was perfect for what we were looking for. I signed the final paper work and that was it. The other part of this experience that was great was that Rory and his team @ Page Toyota worked with my bank (Lake Michigan Credit Union). I was able to go to a local branch @ LMCU and they were able to wire the funds to Page Toyota. This was hands down the best overall car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I were nervous buying a car sight unseen for the first time, but Rory and his team made it painless. It also meant that we didn’t need to compromise on the vehicle we wanted. The price, mileage, and features was the best we had found in a 150 mile radius over the past three months. Thank you to Rory Rays, Becky Yee, and Mike Shive @ Page Toyota for working with us over the phone, via text, and via email. He made our lives as sleep-deprived new parents a little bit more sane and a lot more joyful in the days following. More
