The people I had contact with changed my opinion of "dealerships" Fred was beyond friendly and helpfu I hadn't bought a car from a dealer in years. The people I had contact with changed my opinion of "dealerships" Fred was beyond friendly and helpful with my questions, going so far as to have the service mgr Natalie come in and answer things he didn't know for sure. Natalie was wonderful and very knowledgeable about this particular car. Everyone knew the history of this car as it was purchased new here years ago. Fred went out of his way thru-out the entire process and then some to get me an owners manual when they couldn't locate one and to make sure I was satisfied. What a truly refreshing experience :-) I will come back to Page Toyota in the future ! John M More
