I decided on a Venza, I found one on line at Page Toyota so I called them and Fred answered the phone, first impressions are extremely important and Fred gave a very good first impression, he was responsive and returned my calls quickly, Even though the car wasn't ready to show he made an appointment with me the day I called to come to the dealership and test drive it. When meeting him for the first time he was professional, warm and didn't pressure me. I did purchase the Venza the transaction was smooth and I'm very pleased.
