Page Toyota staff are all pleasant, informative and professional. Carmon Russell facilitated the paperwork, patiently answered my every question, demonstrated the car’s interior tech, set up 2 Bluetooth phone connections, and saw to our old car trade-in. Before coming to Page Toyota I visited a couple of other Toyota dealerships and did a view test drives, unfortunately I just didn’t feel at ease so I kept looking. Then I found Page Toyota, as soon as I stepped foot in the dealership Dean made both my mother and I feel at home. Dean helped answer any questions we had “we had a lot” and was patient and kind. Purchasing my RAV4 from Dean at Page Toyota was a no brainer and I would recommend it to anyone whose looking to purchase a new or used car without the hassle that’s usually associated with the experience. I’m buying a New Toyot Worst dealer in Michigan & I have worst experience with this Page Toyota Dealer. They cheat customers with their cheap tricks . I’m buying a New Toyota RAV4 Hybrid blue color .Manager Jason gave me deal for $29500 out the door, I paid $2500 downpayment to confirm deal. The vin number which I signed is Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Blue color with a black interior . Carmon sales person told me that they gonna get the car for me from other state. After 3 days of payment Carmon told me that I can pick up car on Tuesday after my work hours, Carmon (Salesman) called me 4 times on the same day enquiring about the insurance details & some other details . But he didn’t even mention that they bought different car which internal color is different with a manual driver seat and car has already 600 miles on it . Manager Chris called me 30 mins before pick up and told that he can’t give me the car for $29500 on the which other manger Jason agreed and took a down payment from me, Manager Chris increased car price to $31500 out the door stating that he can’t sell the car for me with the low price . They wasted my 4 days time and money, they did 2 hard enquiries on my credit history and they called me 4 times didn’t inform about the change of car vin not even miles that were put on the car. I have all the proofs of their chat history about the car price discussion before signing the deal . Manger Chris is too aggressive on me while talking on phone, he told me that he can cancel the deal 30 mins before the delivery and not willing to give the car for $29500. These page Toyota managers have 4 days of time to discuss about the deal which they offer me is cheaper price and that will effect their profits , Still they did all the hard enquires took down payment from me did all the paperwork for me and increased $2000 with out informing me before . They are not even sorry for what they done, they want to sell a used car for me which has 600 miles on it . Cheated me giving that used car instead of new car didn’t even show me the car before giving keys to me . Sales guy Carmon told me that car has 600 miles on it just before handover the keys to me . I return the car next day because they gave me completely different car which I actually signed . I asked them to return my amount, told them I wanna back off the deal because they cheated on me giving the used car instead of new car . They didn’t return my money for 3 days, when I called for return receipt after 48 hrs , still they didn’t even initiated to return my down payment . When I asked for a return receipt as proff, Manger Chris Hung up on me . He is too rude with me when I asked for return receipt after 48 hrs and told me that he can’t provide at that moment and asked me to wait for another 72 hrs to get my amount. Never trust this Page Toyota dealer, they just cheat customers . I have all the call records about the return receipt discussion and text history of car deal for $29500 out the door . I want to complaint on this Page Toyota dealer to Toyota officials with providing all the text and call records on their behavior how they treated me. Don’t waste your time money with this dealer they will definitely cheat you ! This is my worst experience with Page Toyota. More

Buyer Beware Do not expect any help from these people whatsoever. If you buy from them, DO NOT let them railroad you into a vehicle you don't want. They sold me a base version off the lot, telling me that it would be great and was no different from the next model up, which was not true at all, they just wanted to unload the base version in time for the next model year. I should have been way more assertive. This was even after I submitted a build-and-price for what I wanted online. Three days after I purchased the awful thing, they refused to even discuss an upgrade for any amount of money. BTW I paid cash. It was a terrible experience. More

I wanted a vehicle that would last for many years without too many repair issues, so after weeks of research decided on a Toyota. I decided on a Venza, I found one on line at Page Toyota so I called them and Fred answered the phone, first impressions are extremely important and Fred gave a very good first impression, he was responsive and returned my calls quickly, Even though the car wasn't ready to show he made an appointment with me the day I called to come to the dealership and test drive it. When meeting him for the first time he was professional, warm and didn't pressure me. I did purchase the Venza the transaction was smooth and I'm very pleased. When I picked up the vehicle it had been detailed and had a full tank of gas, just like he promised. Thank you Fred for your kindness.. we need more people like you in this world. More
