I was assisted by Lorenzo in the service department today to have my differential fluid changed. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I asked some questions about car parts in the parts department as well where I spoke with two gentlemen working the parts desk and Cody(Mechanic). These three gentlemen were also very helpful during my visit to the dealership. Everyone was kind and had a positive attitude. This is a great example of positive customer service. On 2/04/2020, myself, wife, & daughter were at your dealership searching for a used vehicle. I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from you in the past and trusted the quality of the sales. However on t dealership searching for a used vehicle. I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from you in the past and trusted the quality of the sales. However on this occasion one of your dealers told me that if we used our credit union to finance a purchase a charge of 745.00 would be added to the price of the car. i found this outrageous, and a valid reason to go elsewhere, If that’s your policy. A check from the CU or me is just more convenient than carrying cash. I don’t see his name listed on this site. Not sure of the name I selected. Throw away the business card. More
