Natalie is the Manager at this location she is the sprinkle on top of the ice cream in the Service Department. She greets with a smile and competent in all areas of the Service Department. We had a great experience with sales and with the first few Toyota care service appointments (oil changes for a new vehicle). The last oil change took forever. Less than ideal but things happen. However a Toyota service recall for our other Toyota vehicle was absolutely dreadful. We had problems with the service manager who clearly didn't have an understanding of what was supposed to be done as part of the recall. We had issues with getting a rental (this dealership uses a local Hertz car rental) because the service manager thought that I'd have my vehicle back the same day, then it was the next day, and then it was the next day after that, etc.....Then I had to contact Hertz directly to get a $25 charge refunded because Page Toyota kicked the cost back to me and it showed up on my credit card. The worst thing is that after 6 days of having my vehicle and not getting a straight answer on when I could expect it back, we don't even think that they did what they were supposed to do for the Toyota recall. To top all of it off, there was grease literally smeared all over the front of my vehicle like a big 'screw you'. So disappointed. We were planning on replacing one of our Toyota vehicles in the very near future and after the last sale at Page Toyota, this place was a no brainer. Not anymore- we will take our business elsewhere.
