I recently bought a Certified Previously Owned Honda at an out of state dealership, and needed to register it at Page and have a key fob replaced (was not able to do this at the selling dealer.) The service at Page could not be better - they welcomed me as if I bought the car there, and did not hesitate to address my problem and fix the fob at no cost to me, even though the part may not have been covered by the warranty. I arrived early for my appointment, and they got me in and out with almost no waiting. I am looking forward to a few years of using this great service department in the future for my Honda. More

The team were good explaining the maintenance needed and giving options. Vehicle is clean when it the maintenance was completed and patiently waited for me to finish my work meeting even if they are closing giving options. As of now, only one star. Initially, thought it was like 4 stars, maybe 5. I had to go with one star because we purchased a used CRV from Page Honda - a 2008 to be exact. They Initially, thought it was like 4 stars, maybe 5. I had to go with one star because we purchased a used CRV from Page Honda - a 2008 to be exact. They (Page Honda) replaced the radiator prior to our purchase, but while the car was still on their lot. Less than 600 miles after the purchase, the bottom hose on the radiator came off causing a catastrophic failure. The reason it came off? Worn clamp. I was told that they always reuse the existing clamps when replacing a radiator. The radiator losing all of the radiator fluid caused damage to the head gasket. Their response was two fold: first, holding my daughter (20 year old college student) partially responsible for not monitoring the gauges better and second, they would be willing to cover half the charges for repairing the head gasket. I'm hoping they do the right thing and pay for the entire head gasket repair, but we'll see. More
