The professionals at Honda Bloomfield, led by Service Manager Andy Haas, have made it a no-brainer for all service for my two Hondas. I have a 1999 Odyssey that has 300,000 miles, and a 2002 Civic that Manager Andy Haas, have made it a no-brainer for all service for my two Hondas. I have a 1999 Odyssey that has 300,000 miles, and a 2002 Civic that has 250,000 miles. Both cars still feel and look new to me. Although I have made the commitment to keeping my Hondas in the best shape possible, I could not have had the results I have with my cars without the professional and extremely friendly help of Honda Bloomfield's service department. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Bought a certified used Honda and have had nothing but problems and nothing seems to be covered with 5 year 100000 mile warranty. Avoid this dealership. I took my car here for service because the dealership I normally go to was super busy. The first time I went, no problems at all. The service was great and completed within a reasonable time. The next time I went in for an oil change, all was great again or so I thought. Two weeks after leaving the dealership, I went on vacation for a week. During that time, my car was parked in my garage. I came back when went driving around town to complete my list of errands. At the end of the day, I noticed an oil streak in my garage. So, I decided to go to my usual dealership to get it checked out. While I'm driving there, my oil light comes on. Now I'm slightly panicked because that never happened before. It turns out that some incompetent service technician did not take the time to screw my oil plug in correctly. Sometime while I was driving around town, it fell out. I was pissed beyond belief and called the service manager. He acted like he did not want to cover the charges because by that time I hadn't been there in three weeks. He did not want to take responsibility, but you bet your sweet little buns that he covered the cost to cleanup the mess and refill the oil. I don't change the oil on my car or anything else. That's what I pay the dealership for. However, I wouldn't pay this dealership one red cent to do anything to car after that fiasco. It's only a car, but it's mine. If you don't give a xxxx about the work you do, don't do it. And Honda Bloomfield is a Penske dealership, so they have ruined that name for me for good. Good luck to the rest of you out there who want to keep them in business. More
