No problems at all the transaction was very smooth, low pressure. Knowledge of the product was excellent. The team at Bloomfield did a great job. I bought a 2007 Honda Pilot and they fixed the few problems that needed to get fixed. They made easy and enjoyable. The parts department is awesome. Dealership has always been great - just hate breaking the bank at the service counter - sure wish they could provide some benchmark of service costs to I don't walk away feeling like I'd been taken advantage bank at the service counter - sure wish they could provide some benchmark of service costs to I don't walk away feeling like I'd been taken advantage of....i.e. need brakes and rotors, here's what 5 other local shops would have charged and here's what we charged you. Also when I take it in for a big check up if the other things they find would be presented as 1) This is a safety issue - high priority, this is an optional repair but we strongly recommend in the next 6 months you have this worked on. I had a car warrenty purchased the car from that dealership, and it showed on my check in receipt, but the charges weren't checked against that warrenty to see if they were covered until I inquired... I will go back and purchase my next car from them and continue to get the car service there. More
