Let me start by saying that I've exhausted all options with the dealership as far as leaving voice messages and emails for sales, general manager, even the owner but no calls returned to me. I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX for my son. The car was fine on the test drive but as soon as we took it home the next day we had issues with the Auto/Idle stop and little did we know there were many more issues with the vehichle. I took it back to the dealership and they told me that I would need to take it to a Acura dealership because they could not see what error codes come up in their system even though Honda owns Acura. I took it to a Acura dealership in Ann Arbor and was told by Gary Bolton the GM of the dealership that they would help cover the cost of the repairs along with paying for a key fob that they gave me that never worked and needed to be reprogrammed by Acura. When I took the vehicle to the Acura dealership they told me they never seen the amount of issues this car's computer had and were perplexed to say the least how the Page Honda could sell this car with so many issues. Acura had my vehicle for over a 1.5 weeks and after a spending over $1000 they fixed the vehicle. I sent copies of receipt and requesting that Gary live up to his word and help pay for the bill along with remibure the $150 for reprogramming the key fob. After leaving several messages and 2-3 emails never received a response from Gary. I finally forwarded emails and left several messages for the owner, Bob Page. Thinking because his name is on the dealership surely he will call me back or follow up. But weeks have gone by and I've never received as much as an email from either of them. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely would not recommend buying a used car from them. Owner and leadership clearly don't care about their customers and even building relationships with potential new ones. I even stated to them they I would be looking to lease a new Honda for my teenager who will be driving in the Fall. I plan on complaining to Honda corporate to see if they can help. More
Salesperson would not wear his mask properly even when we asked him. He told us that Covid 19 is a hoax and that no one would be required to wear a mask after the election. When we told him that my wife’s brother had almost died of the virus, he said it was probably “something else.” I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location (when it was Anderson Honda) but I will never purchase one from here. I highly recommend Page Honda. They made me feel very comfortable with their excellent safety standards during COVID-19. They are terrific! More
Terrible experience with service! Never had a bad experience with a Honda dealer until now . Over charged for an oil change and tire rotation. Today I worked with Shaban Shkembi at Page Honda. He was very prompt and efficient as well as pleasant to work with. He even scraped the snow off of multiple cars for me to test drive. Unethical Service Department My son has taken his vehicle here 2 times since moving to MI. Prior to that the vehicle was serviced at a Honda dealer in Minnesota. Page Honda has r My son has taken his vehicle here 2 times since moving to MI. Prior to that the vehicle was serviced at a Honda dealer in Minnesota. Page Honda has recommended unnecessary work like 1) Valve adjustment, even though the vehicle had Maintenance minder 4 service (inc. valve inspection) at the MN Honda dealer 6 months ago and the MN dealer didn't recommend valve adjustment (he told the service person this), 2) FIS (Fuel Induction Service), even though most cars don't need this (google it) and the MN Honda dealer has NEVER recommended this service to me over the life of several cars up to about 200k miles, and 3) this dealer doesn't let you select Maintenance Minder 1 (Tire Rotation) on their web site. They only have Tire Rotation and Balance, apparently so they can charge more money. The MN Honda dealer has never recommended a Tire Balance to me, and I've never done a tire balance except when the tires are new. Tom @ CarTalk says this: "By and large, tires stay balanced. And if the balance goes off for any reason, you'd probably know about it because the car would shimmy or vibrate, particularly at higher speeds." This behavior is unethical - avoid this dealership! More

I was searching for my next car, but I wasn't sure of what I wanted and was trying to test drive a few different cars to narrow it down. I worked with around 5 other dealerships in a two week timeframe, and James was by far the best salesperson. He was extremely personable, respectful of my time and great to work with. I hope that management recognizes his above and beyond.customer service and appreciates him for all of his hard work. More
