In 2005 I purchased my first Honda. I started with Victory Honda in Plymouth. Victory Honda was great at selling me a vehicle, but when it came to service and maintaining it, my experie I started with Victory Honda in Plymouth. Victory Honda was great at selling me a vehicle, but when it came to service and maintaining it, my experience was not as good. I had gone to four other Honda dealerships as well as other shops for service while owning my first Accord and found that the service was only as expected when I performed it myself in my own garage at home. In 2017 I purchased my second Honda and due to never having everything as good as I hoped for, I ended up in West Bloomfield at Page Honda to explore them as a new opportunity, even though it is quite a drive from my home. I immediately noticed the difference between Page Honda’s sales staff and every other dealership I had gone to, which was for the better. I decided to buy my second car from Page Honda. As part of the purchase, my oil changes and maintenance for the first two years were included with the purchase of the car. I noticed that the service from Page Honda was always as expected and completely consistent. I have not had continuously excellent service at any other dealerships or other service departments. Since dealing with Page Honda from 2017 until now I have not had to do any service on my car myself because their service department actually does every job as they are supposed to. Page Honda‘s service team is the only one that does service the way it’s truly supposed to be done every time and I have had no need to perform any service on my vehicles in my garage myself since 2017. In 2023 I purchased my third Honda from Victory Honda again, as they were the only dealership that had the vehicle I wanted to purchase in stock in the State at that time. Victory Honda assured me that I should come back to them for service on my new vehicle. Victory Honda is only 5 minutes from my home, so I tried them again. The very first service appointment with Victoria I noticed that my vehicle was not running as expected. I went back to Victory Honda and they said they did a few things, but my new car still wasn’t running like it should. I went back to Page Honda due to no problems there and my vehicle immediately started running as a new vehicle again. I continue to have service performed only at Page Honda and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Page Honda has the best, most reliable and most professional service department of any of the service shops I have dealt with, which includes the 5 Honda dealerships, Firestone, Midas or Belle Tire shops. There are many dealerships who will easily sell you a great vehicle, but if they don’t help you keep your vehicle running well despite paying even more of your hard earned money for maintenance, your investment will go to waste. I strongly recommend Page Honda as my top recommendation for your service needs! More
