Sean Fathi greeted my wife and I as we walked into the showroom, asking if he could help us. I was coming to the end of my lease on my 2019 Honda Civic and was wanting to know my options. Sean took us t showroom, asking if he could help us. I was coming to the end of my lease on my 2019 Honda Civic and was wanting to know my options. Sean took us to his cubicle and explained what the options were for ending my lease and what was available for new cars. I had considered buying the 2019 Civic. Sean showed me a 2022 Civic Hatchback. He crunched the numbers and made an offer I couldn't refuse. I was able to end my lease, turn in the 2019 and drive out with the 2022 the same day! Save your money and time. Drove 120 miles 2 hrs. to Page dealership to inspect and purchase used honda accord with appt. Made 4 days in advance. Upon arrival, was told car was Drove 120 miles 2 hrs. to Page dealership to inspect and purchase used honda accord with appt. Made 4 days in advance. Upon arrival, was told car was taken home for weekend by mechanic. I suggested they call mechanic and bring car to page honda. Manager could care less, and said they dont have employee phone number. Manager could care less About my 2hrs 120 miles. Salesman was apologetic but obviously would not say anything more as he seemed fearful of tyrant manager. Appears to be Another business with managers that just dont care. Dealership rule #1, care about your customers. Rule #2, Never schedule customer appointments to inspect and sell vehicles that you do not have on your dealership premises or that another salesman already sold to another customer. Internal communications are critical in business. More
