The sunroof on my Honda CRV was not working and the warranty was about to expire. Larry in service dept. ordered new switch for it; that wasn't the problem. Everything was handled in a timely manner before the warranty ran out. I can't say enough about Larry's professional manner and the kind way in which I was treated! More
It was my first time in for an oil change and the didn't have the filter for it, not a Honda vehicle. They ordered it from another dealership and kept me informed of everything the whole time. The service tech informed of letting them know in advance when I am coming in so they have the correct filter in for vehicle. Very happy with the service department there! More
Brought my 2011 Pilot in for service. Was a last minute call at 10am and got an appointment 11am. Had several warning lights on the dash and miss firing. Was very pleased the department gave a quick diagnosis. Approved the service and was completed quickly. New plugs (never changed in 145k miles) and a fuel system flush. Noise in rear was wheel bearings. Their cost to repair was over $1,000. I bought the parts ($250 for both rear wheel bearing assemblies) and did the work myself in 4 hours. They also found a broken wiper fluid nozzle. Part is $30 but they wanted 30 min labor for $104 total. I get they need to make a profit, but the wiper nozzle was a 4 min fix (bought the part and did it myself). I think they need to be more accurate in their cost estimate on time. Other than that they have always give great service. More

The reason I did not give 5 stars: When I bought the car from this dealership, I was told no issues from their inspection point of view. In my first car service just in few weeks after I bought the car, one of the fog lights not at all working. I asked the service department about this and they said its not a safety issue, so we did not report it. I could have atleast bargained the price if it is honestly mentioned in the report. Second reason: the service department is not honoring the discount coupons they sent and the response is: your service is already coming with discounted price, so we will not honor the discount coupon we sent. The only reason I went to that dealership for service is because of the coupon. Please be transparent in your actions. Third reason: after I bought the car and kept 10000 miles, they mentioned my tires to be replaced sooner and they have only 30% life left. A car that is sold to me just an year ago has this situation. This could have been mentioned too in the overall Inspection report of the car. The dealer who sold the car is very good person. He is the only reason for me to go to that dealership. I really wish service department should be more transparent. More
