My daughter found this highly disrespectful and refused to return to check out future cars. Service is outrageously expensive compared to local mechanics. And why bother making an appointment when it takes over 24 hours to get your car back for a 2 hour job? They call to tell me that they need longer to work on my car, but their own tracker tells me that it sat there for 6 hours before even being inspected! More
