Poor communication, my vehicle was in the shop for three days before I called to inquiry the status. I requested a loaner, I was told none available, I asked about a rental, i was told none available. It is days before I called to inquiry the status. I reached out to Ford, rep told me that I could have rented a car and submitted the bill to Ford for reimbursement, Packey Webb never communicated that to me,their only answer to me was none available.
