Took my car there for an oil change. Even if my car is new I was charged $77 for an oil change service. My engine light was on, my front tire was low in air. They called me back saying t Even if my car is new I was charged $77 for an oil change service. My engine light was on, my front tire was low in air. They called me back saying there was a nail in the tire that was too close to the metal and they could not fix it. They were charging me $250 for a new tire. I asked them to use the spare. When I returned to pick it up, the engine light was still on, front tire still low in air, and an ugly tire in the back wheel. Took my car to Discount Tire, they showed me the nail was on the top on the tire and it would be a quick fix. Discount Tire fixed my tire for free. Good thing I didn't trust this dealership otherwise I'd have spent $250 in a new tire that I didn't need. Never returning here. Discount tire took care of the engine light for me. More
This dealership once had excellent service. However after the stoke by techs a few years ago any good service left. I would not brig any vehicle here for service it's not with it .Find any other However after the stoke by techs a few years ago any good service left. Our 2016 Ford Escape Audio unit was dead and took 2 repair visits to replace the affected microprocessor modules. I was impressed with how Bob Marks Service Advisor took ownership and the Technician st repair visits to replace the affected microprocessor modules. I was impressed with how Bob Marks Service Advisor took ownership and the Technician stayed late on the second visit to provide us with the SUV to meet our needs. Even though I was disappointed with Ford's Audio unit premature failure for a 32,000+ mileage vehicle and $1500 repair expense, I appreciate how PWebb's employees worked with me to repair my SUV. I have bought several vehicles from PW since their original Wheaton location and always had my vehicles serviced by them! More
