My concern is quality of service. The inspection of the vehicle should be done. I should not have to ask if fluids topped off, all lights are in working order. I had to ask how you serviced the vehicle if the hood does not stay open, do you use a board to hold up. these are things that should be addressed when it is being service for the 40 points inspection, and I am paying for. I can go on, but it is repetitive. More

Dealership is clean made a fair trade, however the service department could use a little better organization skills, I make an appointment to have a dent repaired and I leave work early to show up ahe service department could use a little better organization skills, I make an appointment to have a dent repaired and I leave work early to show up ahead of schedule only to find the guy already left for the day. Service kept saying he had work there and was starting the day late and 3:30 would be no problem, well it was. They act is if my appointment meant nothing to other appointments that were made, and that is exactly what happened. More
