I recently purchased a New 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback and I can't begin to tell you how happy I was from the beginning of purchase to the our continuin I recently purchased a New 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback and I can't begin to tell you how happy I was from the beginning of purchase to the our continuing service from the dealership. Jodi our sales representative made everything so stress free and she was really great in the beginning helping me find something that would fit my needs. She was really wonderful! Sometimes it's really hard to find someone that can make you feel at home and she did just that making the decision easy for me. I love my new Mazda!! It was great for the winter driving. Cliff in the service department is awesome and is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions on your car and he is sure to help you out and he will call you back. Went in looking for a test drive, went out with a Mazda 6. My lease is up on my current car in about 6 months, and we were thinking about replacing it with a Mazda 6. We stopped by Pacifico on a random Saturda My lease is up on my current car in about 6 months, and we were thinking about replacing it with a Mazda 6. We stopped by Pacifico on a random Saturday afternoon to check out some different models and maybe talk about getting out of the current lease early. We ended up staying there for hours while Craig helped us test drive a couple of different models, work out financing, etc. He called Nissan to find out how much was needed to get out of the current lease, worked with the finance department to get us a good monthly payment and basically did everything he could to get us into a Mazda. We're very pleased with the car and with Craig's hard work. More
