Great experiance buying from Pacifico This was my first new purchase car in 12 years. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My sales associate was very good with working with me while I was shopping around for the best deal. As I expected, it took a while to get to the price I wanted. I had to mention True Car price quote to really make a difference in the negotiation. I get it .... They want to make money and I want to save money. In the end we worked out a deal that we both found acceptable. I give Jodi my sales associate a 5 star rating. She was helpful and not overly aggressive. She even came back to work late to close the deal because of my limited availability. I haven't had to work with Pacifico for service yet so I can't rate that (gave a generic good rating). But we got off to a good start. I am loving my new Mazda 6. More
