Awesome Dealer and Experience I was very pleased with my experience with Marc and the pacifico mazda group. I went in looking for a used SUV with trade in of my car, and left with I was very pleased with my experience with Marc and the pacifico mazda group. I went in looking for a used SUV with trade in of my car, and left with a 2016 Mazda SUV brand new! Not much difference in my payments and they worked with me with my requests. I was so happy with it, i brought my fiance down the next day where he was too able to get a SUV. Marc did it all! He was friendly, outgoing, helpful, understanding, and fun! Thanks again Marc, I am sure we will be back in the future! More

Very nice folks to work with! I was able to secure a great lease deal with Brett for the exact car I wanted. He was very sweet and helpful. Each time I got a last and final offer from another salesperson, Craig sharpened his pencil and offered a better deal. I live in Bucks County, and I really wanted to stay local as far as dealerships, but Craig was patient and persistent, and kept making me offers I couldn't refuse. So I drove about an hour, met him, liked his mild mannered approach, and I ultimately purchased the car I wanted at a great price! I would highly recommend Craig and Pacifico to friends and family. We spoke Brittany Defeo first on phone while on line, then I was so pleased with the meeting on line I went into Ford Mazda dealer on Essington Ave. in Phila, pa. we immediately spoke with a salesman, Carl Savoy who showed me around the lot and explained every car we stopped to see, with caring for my needs and the kind of car I needed, what a pleasure I did not expect such service and a variety of cars on their lot. Then I chose a Mazda, love it, all of it. Then I spoke to Shadi Dandon mgr. he explained details and financing to me. very informative and personal. I like a personal touch. I went home first to think on as I always do, it didn't much thought, one night and we were back the next day and saw Carl again, he placed my husband and I with Gina Puggi, finance mgr. we signed papers for our Mazda. Gina Pugi made it pleasurable and made us feel confident in our meeting. It was a toss up between the Mazda and a Ford focus, We chose the Mazda, love the size especially for parking in the city. mileage per gallon and the one year warranty bumper to bumper. thanks Ford Mazda for making this experience so great and you are worthy of 5 stars to me.. the price and financing was perfect in every way for my needs. I am still so surprised and happy with my car and the friendly and professional experience with my needs always first with Ford dealer at this site. More
