Top Notch Service I am a returning customer to Pacifico Mazda. I was rear ended on the highway and my 4 month old 2015 CX-5 was totalled in the process. Working with Cynthia Crum and Mike Conahan was amazing....My mother and I spoke with Cynthia Crum before coming in and she was able to get us a great price on my 2015 Mazda6 i Sport that no other dealership could match. She went all out to make sure we got the best deal possible. My sales person was Mike Conahan and he was just as helpful and extremely friendly, honest, and personable. As soon as my mom and I walked onto the lot, Mike was there to help us every step of the way. I wasn't sure on what color to get and he was patient and helped me decide, showing me both colors and giving his honest opinion and advice. I ended up taking his advice and I am very happy I did because he was right about everything! He showed me all the features and answered all the questions I had and he never made me feel pressured at any point. He was very easy to work with and gave us tips on where to go for different accessories and options that I wanted added on to the car. He had inside knowledge you wouldn't find anywhere else and I was very impressed with how nice and honest he was. We found the car that we wanted and were very happy with the price. Other dealers that were very pushy and not forthcoming, but working with Lamont was easy and he was very helpful. We would definately recommend him and pacifico mazda, and we plan on buying from them again in the future and trust them to take care of our car services. More
