The service advisors , Joey, was very helpful. He explained what my car needed and he kept me up to date on the progress of the work being done on my car. Excellent experience! I met with Eric Thoumma on my first visit and he was superb to deal with. I told him I was just beginning my search and test driving several types of cars, but I was interested in the CX-30. He gave me a test drive on the spot, answered all my questions, and most importantly to me - didn't pressure me, just gave me info. We did talk numbers, and after looking at a few other car brands at other dealers - I came back to Pacifico Mazda. Eric and the whole team made the whole process easy. Very happy with my experience (and my 2024 CX-30 Carbon Edition) and would highly recommend Eric and Pacifico. More
