My journey started not so great at another car dealer and after coming to pacifico mazda I would never g I traded in my mazda 3 for a new mazda cx-5. Mac made sure I wasn't pressured or badgered to buy from him/Pacifico, and I know I'd come back to him for my next car. The only thing that tarnished the experience was the finance manager, whose name escapes me. I made sure they knew I had to leave by 4pm that day after getting there at 2:00, and he didn't have me looking at paperwork by 4:15. Mac kept checking to see what was going on, because he knew how much I was affected. More
