Two days later I walked into Pacifico and met Jodi Delia. Jodi and I got along great and she immediatley gave me a better price than the previous Dealer. Brian was also very helpful. I never felt pressured and would absolutely recommend Pacifico. More

Great Experience! Great Dealership! I had a really terrible experience with the last car I purchased.. I decided I did not want another used car with what was left on the warranty. I decided I wanted a Hyundai, after searching the internet for dealership ratings I decided to go to Pacifico. I arrived at Pacifico Mazda on a freezing cold Saturday, before getting out of my car someone was holding the door open to the dealership. He introduced himself as Lamont and I was on the road to a great car buying experience. Lamont showed me and my husband a ton of cars, went over features and made recommendations. I decided on a vehicle, got my financing and have an awesome new car. Lamont has called me a few times to be sure the bluelink is working and that I'm enjoying the car. I am still waiting for floor mats but Lamont has called me a few times to tell me he is still waiting for the order and it is still top of mind for him. My experience was easy, and pleasant. Lamont has been amazing and I will definitely see him again when I want to purchase mt next car. More

New car buying for someone who doesn't like car shopping Due to numerous issues with my previous car (purchased from another dealership) I was forced to buy a new car and needed to get it fast. Went to Paci Due to numerous issues with my previous car (purchased from another dealership) I was forced to buy a new car and needed to get it fast. Went to Pacifico to browse Mazda's, felt no pressure when browsing their large inventory of cars and pressure free test drove 4 different models. They worked with me to make sure every aspect I wanted my new car to have was met. (Even when the specific color I wanted was not available they had it down within a day, I never felt as if I had to settle or buy something I didn't want) . When it came to discuss pricing and financing options I never felt confused or mislead, everything was extremely straighforward. Pricing for the Mazda 6 Loaded grand touring was actually much less than I initially thought it would be. To summarize my experience it was easy, comfortable and unpressurized, I dealt with Mac and Roy who,were great to work with! I recommend anyone thinking of a Mazda to check out Pacifico at the Philadelphia Automall, where you can browse a great selection of vehicles in a low stress environment. Mac has also followed up with me several times since the purchase to check in and see how I am making out with my car and if I had any concerns (something another dealership had not done) Positive buying experience!
