We spoke Brittany Defeo first on phone while on line, then I was so pleased with the meeting on line I went into Ford Mazda dealer on Essington Ave. in Phila, pa. we immediately spoke with a salesman, Carl Savoy who showed me around the lot and explained every car we stopped to see, with caring for my needs and the kind of car I needed, what a pleasure I did not expect such service and a variety of cars on their lot. Then I chose a Mazda, love it, all of it. Then I spoke to Shadi Dandon mgr. he explained details and financing to me. very informative and personal. I like a personal touch. I went home first to think on as I always do, it didn't much thought, one night and we were back the next day and saw Carl again, he placed my husband and I with Gina Puggi, finance mgr. we signed papers for our Mazda. Gina Pugi made it pleasurable and made us feel confident in our meeting. It was a toss up between the Mazda and a Ford focus, We chose the Mazda, love the size especially for parking in the city. mileage per gallon and the one year warranty bumper to bumper. thanks Ford Mazda for making this experience so great and you are worthy of 5 stars to me.. the price and financing was perfect in every way for my needs.
