It was a cold snowy day and he consistently ran back and forth getting vehicles for me to look at and test drive. I truly tip my hat to him for his excellent customer service. When it was time to sit down and work numbers Jason Oquendo was patient and extremely knowledgeable of all warranty options and services that would keep my family and I safe and satisfied throughout the ownership of our car.
