I come to Pacifico Mazda because of Cliff Johnson I feel I am cared for because of Cliff's attitude. He recognized me the second time I came in. This is two years already. Only one thing upsets me. Every time I drive my Mazda I am faced with the ennoying direction switch that doesn't cancel every time. Most time I have to do it manually. Mazda never answers my messages. I probably will never buy another Mazda because of this annoyance. This from someone who owned a GLC, a 323, a MX3 and a truck. All cancelled the direction switch on their own. Yuck! More
