Great Experience! Smooth and easy car buying process! I visited Pacifico Mazda to buy my first car! After hours of research at home, I finally decided to go and test drive. I had spoken to Pacifico and a I visited Pacifico Mazda to buy my first car! After hours of research at home, I finally decided to go and test drive. I had spoken to Pacifico and a number of dealers over the phone, but Pacifico quoted me the best deal! Chelle was a joy to work with! She is an absolute car enthusiast! She helped me pick my Mazda6 and kept me up to date through the entire car buying process; right from the point of ordering my car to helping me with financing. The process was quite seamless! On the day I went to pick up my car, she gave me a thorough demo of all the features of the car, which was great! Other than that the Pacifico for Life program that gives you a lifetime Engine warranty and other perks was also one of the major reasons why I went ahead with Pacifico. All in all a great car buying experience! I would definitely recommend Pacifico and especially Chelle! More

I have a crazy work schedule and am always travelling for business so every minute really counts. Cynthia was very attentive to my tight schedule and patient with me having to find 3 minutes here and there to reach out to her via phone or email. She made sure Lamont had all the information he needed to make this process as seamless as possible. As soon as I walked in through the door Lamont was ready to go! he had the vehicle I had requested ready to test drive, knew which features i wanted to add on, had all of the paperwork ready for me, handled the updating of my insurance information along with transferring my registration, and patiently answered all of my questions because my Mazda 3 was quite the upgrade from my previous vehicle. I was out the door in less than 2 hours and even had my first oil change already scheduled. I can't imagine sending my family, friends, and colleagues anywhere else! More

I went in looking for a used SUV with trade in of my car, and left with I was very pleased with my experience with Marc and the pacifico mazda group. I went in looking for a used SUV with trade in of my car, and left with a 2016 Mazda SUV brand new! Not much difference in my payments and they worked with me with my requests. I was so happy with it, i brought my fiance down the next day where he was too able to get a SUV. Marc did it all! He was friendly, outgoing, helpful, understanding, and fun!
