Car buying experience that is too easy! I found my car online and was very happy with the ease of navigating the website. Once I found the car, I was able to settle on a price in just a few minutes. I arrived by train from out of town and they had a car waiting for me at the terminal. At the dealership many of the employees stopped by to introduce themselves and thank me for my business, including Cynthia Crum the Internet Manager that I initially contacted. While I was waiting on paperwork the salesperson behind me made a sale and the emeployees congratulated the new owner. Everyone there was very professional even when no one watching. Even though I was buying from out of state, all the license fees, state taxes and other paperwork were all taken care of, which meant no trips for me to the DMV! I had a great walk through by Lamont Dean who also had a video presentation on his computer about my car. By the way, I also got a full tank of gas! More
