If you have decided on a Mazda, Pacifico is where to go. I did my research on line and I knew what Mazda I wanted. I decided to call local dealers to get quotes. I call back and ask can I have the quote with tax and tags and any other fees that might be involved. No problem. All the fees are in line with the other quotes I have and there still killing the competition. I go in and talk with Dahila and she answers some last minute questions and starts the process. It turns out the car the quote was written on has been sold. I figure, "Okay, here it comes. I knew it was too good to be true." She gets Shadi Dandan the General Sales Manager. He sits down, flexes his fingers and says, "Let's go find your car." After a few minutes of looking he says, "Hey, I know a guy at the dealership where the last car was from." He pulls out his phone and sends a text and continues looking. The phone chimes, he looks down, smiles and says, "We got it!" I ask, "For how much?" "Same price as we quoted you." is his reply. Problem solved. We had a question about financing. Instead of getting a bunch of confusing numbers he works at the computer, turns the monitor and shows us a side by side comparison of the two options. Problem solved. I figure I'm on a roll so I ask about trade in. They have a new system with Kelly Blue Book where they use various analytics to provide you with exactly what the car is worth to Kelly. The number is close to what I wanted to get selling it myself. Another problem solved. Then to put the cherry on the top of the cake Shadi and Dahlia tell me they will deliver the car to my house when it comes in at no cost to me. This is the real deal folks. Every word of this story is true and I've never experienced this kind of service buying a car in my life. I'm 63 and have been down this road plenty of times. The bottom line...If you're thinking about getting a Mazda, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't talk to Pacifico. I kid you not! More

Mike is laid back and easy to deal with. He really knows the product and was able to answer all of my questions about the car. Brian was also easy going and was able to sell the car at a great price.
