We were resigned to visiting multiple dealerships to try our top model contenders, but because of their great used options, we were able to try on a few models on our list and found an incredible used version of our top pick. Kevin Crump was a great guide through the process...a consummate professional. He left us to look on our own when we needed it and then patiently, and with good humor, took us out in all the cars we wanted to try. We had fun, we felt relaxed and we were able to really get a feel for each vehicle without feeling pressured. It felt like we were going shopping with our friend who knew a lot about the cars. All the staff around were friendly and funny, too. Ed Dunning walked us through the finance and signatures, explaining our warranty options clearly and succinctly (which we needed at that point...it was a long day.) We left feeling like we made a great choice, that our wish list was checked off and then some and our wallet patted us on the back on the way home. All around a great experience and we will be back. More

However.....The face of the organization is the voice answering the phone and they leave much to be desired. It was obvious that one of these girls does not care about the person on the other end of the line. I was dumped into voicemails multiple times until I almost got rude. The people answering phones need to know Who is not working that day & tell the caller, Just because they are in a different building is not an excuse to not know who is on the roster on a given day. More
